Moes Zigbee Smart Fingerprint Door Lock

The MOES Smart Fingerprint Door Lock combines multiple access methods to provide secure and convenient entry control for homes, hotels, apartments, offices, and rental properties. It supports fingerprint recognition, passcodes, IC cards, traditional mechanical keys, and remote unlocking through the MOES app.

Using Zigbee connectivity and a compatible Tuya Zigbee gateway (required), users can remotely manage access, monitor lock activity, review opening and closing records, and receive low-battery notifications. Smart home integration and remote control functions are available through the Tuya ecosystem.

The lock is suitable for both left- and right-opening doors and includes a normally open mode that allows unrestricted access when locking is not required.

Low Battery Operation

• Temporary charging available through the built-in USB Type-C port.
• Can be unlocked using the supplied mechanical keys.
• After successful fingerprint verification, the green LED flashes and the red LED flashes five times to indicate a low battery condition.

Installation

• Compatible with left-hand and right-hand doors.
• Recommended door thickness: 35 to 55 mm.
• For doors thicker than 45 mm, the supplied spring must be installed.

• AAA batteries are not included.
• IC cards are not included and must be purchased separately.
• Remote control and smart automation features require a Tuya Zigbee gateway, sold separately.
