Heatit Z-TRM3 Thermostat

The Heatit Z-TRM3 is an electronic thermostat developed for electric underfloor heating, designed to be installed in a standard flush-mounted box. Equipped with an integrated Z-Wave chip, it connects easily to home automation systems for advanced temperature control. It also features SmartStart technology, allowing devices to be added quickly by scanning QR codes, with automatic inclusion into the home automation gateway at start-up (requires SmartStart compatibility), significantly simplifying installation.

This thermostat includes a single-pole switch and is compatible with System 55 frames. It supports loads up to 16A / 3600W at 230V, while higher loads require the use of a contactor. The device can be connected to two external wired sensors and supports up to 8 associations, such as relays or wall sockets, for extended control capabilities.

Thanks to the optional black plastic kit, users can customize the appearance by mixing frames and fronts. A black frame with a white front (or the reverse) creates a distinctive look, while classic all-white or all-black options remain available.

Primarily designed for electric heating systems, the thermostat can also be used for water-based heating when paired with the Heatit Z-Water module.
