Heatit Z-TRM3 Thermostat

The Heatit Z-TRM3 is an electronic thermostat developed for electric underfloor heating and designed for installation in a standard flush-mounted box. Featuring an integrated Z-Wave chip, it easily connects to home automation systems for advanced control. It also includes SmartStart technology, allowing quick integration by scanning QR codes, so all compatible devices are automatically added to the gateway during startup, simplifying the installation process.

This thermostat is equipped with a single-pole switch and is compatible with System 55 frames. It supports a maximum load of 16A (3600W) at 230V; for higher loads, a contactor is required. The device can be connected to two external wired sensors and supports up to 8 associations, including relays and wall plugs, for extended system control.

With its interchangeable black plastic kit, the Heatit Z-TRM3 offers flexible design options. You can mix and match frames and fronts, such as combining a black frame with a white front for a modern look, or opt for a classic all-white or all-black finish.

Primarily intended for electric heating systems, the thermostat can also be used with water-based heating when paired with the Heatit Z-Water module.
